Advantages of tassimo t-discs
Written by admin, October 31st, 2011

Single-serve coffee makers, such as the Tassimo and the Keurig are marketed to savvy customer’s that are looking for quality home-brewed coffee in less time than required by a traditional drip-pot coffeemaker. Both the Tassimo and the Keurig machines meet this demand. The Bosch-made Tassimo expands this vision by also presenting a variety of other hot drinks in their line of tassimo t-discs including hot chocolate and lattes. The Tassimo’s primary advantage is in its T-Discs where prepackaged coffee drinks are kept. These T-Discs, or “coffee pods” contain just enough coffee, hot chocolate, or tea for one 8-oz cup. In order to customize the drink properly, the Tassimo reads a little bar code printed on top of the T-Disc to identify the type of mixture being prepared. It then adjusts water amount and temperature to create the drink. The Tassimo T-Disc also presents a significantly fresher coffee by sealing its product in airtight plastic. This slows the rapid oxidation of the essential oils in coffee, and allows for more freshness — even when the T-Discs are stored at room temperature. As mentioned earlier, the Tassimo T-Disc coffee system is currently the only one on the market that allows the user to make a large variety of drinks including cappuccinos, lattes and hot chocolate. Because of this some of their T-Discs come in 2- or 3-part T-Discs. One disc may be milk, one of them espresso and one will be cream, for example. You insert them in the maker in proper sequence to build a frothy coffee creation.
